Growing up fast: Madonna's rock chick daughter Lourdes turns 15... but she still has to go to school

It seems like only yesterday Madonna announced she was pregnant with her first child.
But her eldest child Lourdes Leon is now only a year away from getting her driver's license after turning 15.
Despite being the daughter of a millionaire pop star, Lourdes still had to go school on her big day, where she undoubtedly received lots of attention from her friends.

But of course, her famous mother and the fact she is already a successful clothes designer, differentiates Lourdes from the average 15-year-old girl.
As she made her way to school on her 15th birthday on Friday morning, Lourdes showed she has quite a different style from her glamorous mother.
The teenager looked quite the rock chick in leather jacket, lace-up boots and on-tend Aztec-print leggings as she headed to LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts, where she enrolled last year.

While Lourdes didn't look too thrilled to be spending her birthday at school, no doubt her mother had a celebration planned for that evening with her family.
Lourdes, whose father is personal trainer Carlos Leon, is the oldest of four - with half-brother Rocco, 11, and adopted siblings David, six, and Mercy, also six.
Birthday celebrations aside, Lourdes is said to be taking singing lessons after school.

A source told Us weekly magazine: 'She is taking lessons in New York from a famous singing coach who works with some of the best talent on Broadway.
'She comes every week after school. She has got a beautiful voice.'
But whether or not a singing career happens for the teenager, she already has her own clothing line Material Girl, which went on sale last year.
